During their careers, engineers attend many seminars and workshops, which are full of marketing. But only a few of them end up being worthwhile and rarely are inspiring. This LTspice seminar by Mike Engelhardt is one of the rare ones that inspire.
This seminar was arranged in collaboration with Arrow Electronics and presented by the software developer himself, Mike Engelhardt. Mike is hands down the most intelligent person that I have ever met. He has a physics background. Having graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, University of Mainz, Germany, and the University of California, Berkeley. He holds patents in simulation and analog circuit design. Mike now mainly works on LTspice and delivers seminars on LTspice all over the world.
Mike’s career is inspiring, a dream career of every engineer. Moreover, his story of developing the fastest and most accurate simulator and mathematics behind it is fascinating. I want to share everything that I learned during the seminar. But it would be a disservice to his extraordinarily crafted presentation, which he has honed over the years.
Most importantly, I would like you to have a chance to meet him in person and experience his presentation firsthand. Fortunately, he does this tour every year, so the opportunities for you to meet him are high.
Till then, I have found this video of his presentation on YouTube.
Enjoy!
